    This lodge offers a bright and spacious open plan lounge complete with wood burning stove, a modern open plan kitchen and a gorgeous super king bedroom with feature bath and ensuite shower room.

    Outside you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings from your enclosed decking complete with table and chairs for outside dining and of course your hot tub, specially designed for 2!

    Spend your days exploring the surrounding areas and retreat back to your private hot tub, specially designed for 2, for a relaxing evening under the starry skies.

An estate evolved over generations, specialising in a herd of 500 breeding aberdeen angus cows and luxury holiday accommodation for people to enjoy. A seventeenth century counter estate, covering 1200 acres of woodlands, pastures and lochs. Boasting a pasture for life certification for the cows on rossie ochil estate - only the finest scottish grass to feed the finest scottish cows.
